Hi,

I am a newbie here, and a newbie too in using STAAD. I am currently designing a Circular Concrete Tank, which so far was running smoothly until I put it into RC Designer and attempted to 'design' the members. The problem is, all my members are being marked with "ANCHORAGE REQUIREMENTS NOT MET". Has anybody met this message before?

Now, I've researched about this and found that the message can be ignored as they can be solved by "detailing techniques". So, what exactly are these techniques that I can use on STAAD? I actually created a simpler model and tested using OFFSET to the members so their ends completely coincide. But on attempting this solution in my Circular Concrete Tank, I found that using OFFSET would be next to impossible since some of the members do not coincide with the axes and thus, providing the offset distance will be quite difficult.

Thank you.
