Stacked jackup rigs in GoM

Hi All,

I read that there are many companies cold stacking jackup rigs in the GoM. I am assuming that these rigs are in the shallow water areas of the gulf. Where are the safe designated areas, main concern being exposure to hurricanes? What are the steps taken to protect the rigs?
