Dear guys. Is it possible to have an stainless steel (austenitic) with a carbon percentage of 0.20%? I have never seen such high content since I remember that less than 0,10% carbon content is normal.

I don't know of any H grade 300 alloys that are over 0.10% C.
There are higher C cast grades for high temp service.
All of the H- grades are 0.20% and higher.
Remember that C is an austenite stabilizer.
