Hi,
I'm designing a pressure vessel acc. to EN 13345 for PED 2014/68/UE. In this vessel there are many standard flanges acc. to EN 1092. My calculation software skipped detailed calculation of these flanges (It considers only the rating and other information I think for checking the opening in the shell). Is it correct? Or do I have to consider all flanges as "non-standard" for PED certification and do full detailed calculation? Thanks

No, and the software (probably) does that for a reason. EN 1092-1 flanges dont need to be checked, other then that they need to have the correct rating and must be of a material listed under EN 1092-1. See this link.
