What is the Standard Symbol used for Oil and Pressure? I am creating symbols for manufacturing drawings and need assistance.

Any helpful websites?

What type of drawing? Pneumatic circuit? Hydraulic circuit? Mechanical? P&ID?

The mechanical drawings I'm familiar with use the manufacturer CAD files of these products in the drawing. For instance if it is a pressure switch/gauge or oil sensor/gauge our mechanical designers obtain a CAD file from the manufacturer and import it into their drawing. If the manufacturer cannot furnish a CAD file then our designers will then have to detail the product themselfs from manufacturers specifications. Maybe I'm not understanding what you are after?

I'll take a crack.

An oil line is usually an hydralic line - use the hydraulic line symbol (a line with "L" looking symbols on them.

A pressure gauge is a circle with PG in it.

A pressure transmitter is a circle with a PT or PIT in it.

Is this what you mean, ISA symbology?
