Would you consider the following tap "standard" - i.e. yielding a class 2 fit?

Is it on the loose side, the tight side, or just what is used most of the time?

Buy a used copy or new machinist handbook.
It's a very valuable info on stuff like this.
And a copy of the latest thread specification.
Always have a set of go and no go gages.
When drilling and tapping. The gages will verify Size is correct. You need the correct PD size .
