Hi,

I want to create a "Standard Model", which will basically look the same, but the size will vary. I think I want to use Part Families, but I have forgotten how it fully works or is created. Perhaps, I want to use something else.

Basicaly, I have a bunch of cylindrical ranging from 5" to 22". I want to create some type of "easy-to-use" procedure to quickly modify the Standard Model by using Part Families, an associated Excel Spreadsheet that is linked to the model or some other method.

Please suggest & tell me where I can get more info.

Thanks

Try searching the documentation for 'part families'...that's usually the best place to get started.

Some people are like slinkies....they don't really have a purpose, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.
