Standpipes for school stages - Specific to Florida

Looking at school project having an auditorum with a stage.

Specifications call for Class III standpipes (both 2 1/2" and 1 1/2" hose outlets) either side of the stage even though the stage is slightly less than 1,000 sq. ft..

The building has full sprinkler throughout.

Static pressure is 70 psi and a pretty flat curve but it's impossible to calc 65 psi at 250 for standpipe without incorporating a fire pump.

I've been looking but I can't see where a 65 psi wouldn't be required... am I missing something?

PS. Any PE's or FPE's here that would review/stamp plans for Florida? I know there are plenty in Florida but I would really like soemone that knows what they are looking at.

I wouldn't be asking except I am running low on time. Figured I would come here for an answer or heads up.

is the ahj requireing and certain pressure??

since it is coming off a sprinkler system can the fire department supply the pressure and gpm??? if the ahj will allow it??

Do the specs call out for manual or automatic wet. When we have done these on stages in various states, it has always been manual wet that the AHJ has required. We just calc it with 150 psi as the supply at the FDC and size it accordingly.
