Starting license server in vista ultimate 1

I have vista ultimate 32-bit, and I tried to install Abaqus v6.7.1, everything goes smooth, but commencing license installation, there's a note that abaqus can't start service in vista and check answer 3392 on abaqus website for further workarounds, which I couldn't find.
Does anybody know how can I start the service manually while the licensing tools are installed.
It's interesing that I have installed Ansys Sp1 too and it works smoothly and its service is started automatically :-(

Start -> Programs -> Abaqus 6.7-1 -> Abaqus Licensing

Then select Start/Stop/Reread tab and click on Start Server

Thanks for the answer, but the situation seems much more complicated.
when clicking start lmtools responds "Server Start Failed. The Server May Already Be Running!!".
I have already tried to add the port and the lmgrd.exe to firewall exceptions, and in the administrative tools->services when I try to start the service manually windows gives error 1053, the service can not be started.

It is there - login to the online support system, and go to the Answers tab. Now do a search on the ID, '3392', but make sure that you change the 'Search By' dropdown to 'Answer ID'.
