Starting user function to execute

Hi,
I've got little problem with starting my user functions (UG/Open). I've tried tu run this functions on different machines, but on some machines there is an error message: Failed to load image. It seems that user function is not even starting to execute. Setting of these machines is supose to be the same. Have anybody any idea what could be wrong? I appreciate your advice.
