Static analysis before explicit analysis

Hello!

I'm looking for the solution of a rather simple problem in Ansys APDL.
Assuming that my model would be a beam - I want to preload my beam with a constant force and then give a time-dependent load on the equilibrium state (explicit analysis) - without any oscillations resulting from the constant force.
How can I do that?

Sounds like you need an implicit to explict solution

I use LSDYNA, but for ANSYS APDL I'd go to Implict to Explicit Solution
