Static stiffness for wind turbines 2

Engineers,

I am working on a wind turbine project which requires to compute both the Kdynamic and Kstatic.

There are several approaches for Kdynamic but I haven't found any for the static stiffness. Does anyone know a reference?. Thanks.

What is k? a spring?

In my experience, these problems are solved through soil structure interaction using FEM.
 
My suggestion would be , to look soil dynamics books to get the concept.
