Stating a range in notes

Which is preferred?

"TEMP RANGE: -10ºF to 90ºF"
or
"TEMP RANGE: -10 to 90ºF"

I prefer to see the units on both numbers though I will admit, I ask myself the same question when I'm writing something similar in a report.
 
The first one is preferred with celcius in parenthesis after it. Insert a space between the degree symbol and F for readability when reduced.
