Steam Drum Component

I am external API 510 inspections in a water treatment plant at one of my local refineries and don't know the name of a component that I would like to add into my report for repair. The component I am looking to learn about is at the top of the drum chimney and is sort of shaped like a mushroom. I called it a distributor in my report but I'm not sure if that is what it truly is. I've looked on the internet for help but with no prevail. Please help if you can, thanks!
