steam mass flow control

Hello,

I need to increase the temperature of a certain mass flow of palm oil using steam in a plate heat exchanger. Once I had calculated the mass flow of steam I need, how do I control this steam mass flow from the steam distributor? The steam distributor is at 6 barg, and the heat exchanger should work at 3 barg.

Modulate Drazen's control valve to maintain outlet palm oil temperature. Get a simple PID controller.
