Steam Out Condensation - Inbreathing Rate Calculation

Hi All,

I am trying to calculate the inbreathing rate and vent nozzle sizing calculation for the Steam Out Condensation in an API 650 Storage tank. I know API 2000 does not provide guidance on calculating the inbreathing rate for this scenario which happens to be a very severe case. Upon searching the forum I found a thread where Art Montemayor is taking about the methodology how he developed spreadsheet for calculating the inbreathing rate ( link copied below.) Has anyone worked on and developed this spreadsheet. If so can this spread sheet be shared?

This method from Gestra/flowserve might be what you need. its a step-by-step method for sizing vacuum relief for condensing steam for a steam filled vessel with water entering the vessel (might be more conservative than what you are looking for):
