Steel H-Pile cost

Could anyone suggest and estimated price per linear foot for driven steel H-piles? The price should include installation.

Here is a spreadsheet with structure costs courtesy of WisDOT. One of the tabs is for H-Piling and has a breakdown of costs. It appears that in Wisconsin the prices range from $30 to $35 per linear foot installed. This spreadsheet can also be found on their website.
