Can anyone help me understand the sizes of steel beams in the Chinese building code? What size are the following members?

H250x125x6x9
H300x150x6.5x9
H500x200x8x13

I assume the first two numbers are the member depth and flange width in millimeters. Are the second two numbers the web and flange thickness in mm?

Thanks
