Hi,

I have two NEMA 23 stepper motors and I'm using them for making a 5-axis Linear Robotic Mechanism. For this purpose, I'm making a Gantry mechanism at the base with two lead screw linear guide rails and I need to run the two stepper motors in synchronization. Can anyone help me in achieving this from the mechanical and electrical point?

Thanks
Aman

Give them steps at the same time. Use encoders to see they don't miss steps. You should be able to wire the inputs to the motor controllers in parallel, but have separate enable control lines so only one moves to set them at the stops to begin with.
