Here's one thing you can try if you get the image in JPEG or similar format.
Use GSD and in a sketch, draw a shape that's a bit bigger than the size of the sticker. Come out of the sketch and apply a fill to the sketch to produce a flat surface. Apply a material to the surface, something plain like plastic as the material. Expand the tree under the fill and right click on the Aluminium and select Properties. Turn on material in the view properties menu and the material will become applied to the Fill.
In the properties box, select the rendering tab and texture. Next select type - Image and you can browse to select the image of your sticker. Next to the preview window, change the mapping style to planar mapping . Now adjust the material size up or down (in factors of 10) to get the image on the surface something like the size you want. Finally you can adjust the size and position of the image using the wheels at the bottom of the properties window.
If the sticker is a more complicated shape, you could physically measure it and then draw the corresponding shape in your sketch so you have a more accurate guie for the scaling.
