Stiffness and strength of Panels for a camera crane arm

I earlier wrote about replacing an aluminium box section arm with carbon fibre and I need to find someone/some company who can do an engineering study on my design and say if it is strong enough and as stiff as the old ali arm. I have data about some prefabbed panels, but I need somewhat customised panels and cannot find much data about it. The company that can make the panels also does not have the data. I could grossly over engineer, but I am specifically trying to avoid weight and cost.
