Stl data to catia 3

I want to ask a question.
How i can change a stl data to catia?

Anybody could you show me a way?

STL files are not a pleasant experience in a basic configuration of V5. However, they do have a specialized license(s) for this; TL1, STL, and/or the REE bundle (Reverse Engineering). The QSR (Quick Surface Reconstruction Workbench), from what I've read, helps make the data more usable in CAD.
