can anybody tell me how i can calculate the force to straight light pole after welding if the diameter of pole is 200mm and the power of piston

First of all your question doesn't make any sense and second of all you haven't provided enough information.

i need to straight light pole after welding process because the pole after welding become a deflection ( banana effect )(no straight)then i need to determine the force to return the pole straight by hydraulic press .
the pole have curricular cross section with diameter 200mm and 5mm thickness and material is A36 steel. and length the pole is 12 m

 
In other words...

The pole has a bunch of thermal stress and he wants to know how big his press needs to be to make the pole straight...

It's 12 mtrs long...it wont need much
