strain displacement closed form solution for rectangular plate with a rectangular hole under shear

I was searching for strain vs displacement relationships for a rectangular plate under shear. The plate comprises of a rectangular hole and the strain around the corners of the rectangular opening/hole are required.The material can be anything.
