I have 400ft long bed of hollowcore. On the begining of the bed there is no good copaction of the concrete so how I could know how far from the end of the bed cut the first slab to avoid slippage.

A series of cuts, until you find good consolidation of concrete. That is point zero, then add development length for location of fully prestressed unit.
