Strange sketch behavior

I have a new file I created with strange sketch behavior. I tried extruding sketch and it shows gap on one corner. I verified there is coincident constrain and modeling tolerance is set to .0001. Still when zooming in there is gap visible (see attached picture). Part cleanup is not helping. Any suggestions what might be wrong? Thank you.

Is the gap only appearing in the Sketch or does it also manifest itself in the model (for example, the result being a sheet body instead of a solid) which is created using the Sketch?

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Are the entities involved both lines or arcs that have been created in this sketch? Has one (or both) of the entities been projected into the sketch or are they external to the sketch (referenced edges or other sketch entities)?

Cowski,

Both are lines and they were drawn fresh (not projected). Entire sketch is in shape of simple D letter (half oval) and it appears that somehow one line end is not on the sketch plane. I can even measure angle of the sketch plane

Were the lines drawn as Sketch curves or were they existing curves added (but not projected) to the sketch?

When you zoom (too much) at coincident constraint, you might see such gap, but that is not a problem!
If u have still doubt whether the end points are coincident or not, you can always check with Analysis->Measure Distance and select the end points of respective lines, you will find that the end points are coincident.

John,

Lines were drawn as sketch curves.

I eventually recreated the sketch to get it to work.

Man2007,

I can measure distance between them (it is bit over .002) and sketch fails to extrude into solid, so it is not a problem with just graphics display.
