Stresses on 90 degrees base elbows 1

A 14 diamter pipe stub is welded all around on a 24" 90 degrees short radius elbow supporting the riser above. Is there a formula or procedure to determine the stresses on the 90 elbow without running FEA, etc.

Approximate method is to use the Kellogg method for trunnion attachements but the most accurate is FEA. It depends how accurate you want the answer. Or there is the BS EN 13480 approach which is exactly the same as the ASME III NC method.
