stretch axis, centre lines only one side

Hi,

In some youtube video demostration of drafting, they were stretching axis lines, centre lines from only one side,but for me axis line stretches both sides, and centre line all 4 lines stretches. Is there any settings in options need to be changed? I

Hold the ctrl key and you can drag one side
