Stringers between metal sheets

I can create a stringer with a certain section to a surface. But I need to create a stringer between two parallel surfaces. How an I do that in the minimum amount of time? I don't want to create another part and TIE it to both surfaces.

Stringer is defined on existing edge of the part. If you want to connect two parallel surfaces you should use different approach such as beam type MPC.
