Hi guys,

I hope all is well on your end.

I encountered a problem with the design attached here, and I really need your help, please.

How do the braces between the longest channel and the front channel affect the reactional force when calculating the bending stress of each channel?

Is there any condition to determine the safe working load of the platform?

Note: There should be gratings at the top of the structure.

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, but X braces such as this should generally only add axial forces to the columns and horizontal framing members, not "bending stress".

A structural engineer could model this framework and apply the self-weight dead loads and required live loads (per applicable code) to the grating and determine the required sizes of all members. A seismic (or wind if it's outdoors) load could be included to check the braces.

If you aren't a structural engineer - perhaps consider hiring one for these tasks?
