Structural Engineering Books for US Gulf Petrochem Facilities?

a. Are there any good practical books on the design of steel and concrete structures for petrochemical facilities, particularly relevant to the US Gulf Coast area?

b. Is there such a book that references the latest ASCE 7-10 wind provisions?

c. Are there any such books published by working engineers vs. ASCE, ICC or academia?

Wind Loads for Petrochemical and other industrial facilities


Not sure if that has been updated to the 2010 provisions or not.

There is part of a 4 book set of ASCE references for the design of petrochemical facilities. Anchorage (i.e. anchor rods /bolts, seismic design and blast load are the others)
