Structural Peer Review Criteria/Checklist 1

We are being asked to perform a structural peer review of a project for one of our long-time clients (although the project in question was not designed by us). We do not do many of these, and my boss was trying to locate a standard scope of services, structural review checklist, or something similar to use as a guide for this type of service. Does such a thing exist?
