Hi all,

Does anybody know/use any services that provide an access to the database with different standards (mainly ISO, DIN and IEC) with annual subscription?

PS: I've found that Estonian Standardization department ( provide the possibility to use a document for a short period (30 minutes or 24 hours) for a few euros but I would like to have a subscription that allows to get more wide access to the documents for fair price.

My company has a Techstreet corporate subscription. Getting a document added to the common subscription costs more than buying a single copy. I guess that's because it's available to a multitude of readers simultaneously. So it's not cheap.

I don't know of anything that gives standards for a 'fair price'. I think a standard has a justifiably high value for major applications that are crucial to a business (BPVC, flange standards, major material standards) but in my world of ancillary machinery there are dozens of additional standards that get tossed into bid packages and if I bought those, I would read the vast majority once just to confirm irrelevance to my scope. The Estonian option would be very interesting for that situation.
