Substituting API 5L X52 for API X60 since they have same yeild to tensile ratio

Substituting API 5L X52 for API 5l X60 since they have same yeild to tensile ratio
can i proceed with this since they have same yeild to tensile ratio

The answer is still no. It's the SMYS that matters not the Y/ tensile ratio and your lower strength pipe is thinner!
