SULFUR PLANT: LOCATION OF VALVE AT OUTLET FROM SEAL LEG 1

Hello,
On the outlet line from the seal leg (the line is self draining, traced and insulated) we intend to install a valve,
it seems better to install it near the seal leg but it is inconvenient since it is at a high point with no space to operate or maintain,
on the other hand we can install it close to the sulfur drum but then it will be difficult to drain the line.
Are there any reasons specific for liquid sulfur to install the valve one way or another?

regards and thanks

Supposed that the purpose of the isolation valves are added close to the drum of the liquid sulfur source and to be isolated it from one drum from the other. So, one it can be shutdown one unit w/o impacting to the other unit.
IMO, if agreed with O&M, the valve may be installed at a proper isolation location acceptable for the maintenance purposes, but not for routine operation.
