Does anyone know of an adverse reaction between Type 50 (Type V) cement and high chloride content, typically encountered with a parking structure or something of that exposure?

Can a mix design be prepared for a high chloride resistant structure using Type 50 (V) cement? I've also posted this query in the Concrete Engineering General Discussion Forum.
