Suppliers/Manufctures of special gears/ratchets.

I am looking to buy some special form ractchet type wheel/cam (and eventually pawls) from our customers drawings. They are profiled across the teeth also.
These are NOT standard off-the-shelf parts.

I am having problems sourcing a supplier to manufcture them. Please advise if you know of any suppliers which specialists parts such as these.

Due the high strength required, I cannot cast or sinter them. I can only mahcine them from solid only.
