Suppliers of 9-10GHz Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO) 1

Hi folks.
I am looking for a replacement VCO for one that has gone obsolete. I don't expect a drop-in replacement, so first off I thought I'd look for likely manufacturers. I'm not having much luck with the various search engines on the Web
but have found General Microwave, Sivers and SigTech so far. Perhaps our wide-ranging group may be able to suggest some other manufacturers I've not found yet?
