Suppliers of Static Exciters

I'm looking at changing rotating exciters and old pot style voltage regulators with new static exciters on two 11kV 20MVA turbo gen machines. (600A Field Packages)

Any suggested suppliers (North American), I already have some info on C-H's offering.

As well I would be interested in hearing other's experience with similar retro fit jobs.

Basler Electric sells a lot of static exciters.

One is Basler.com with an upper end of 1350kW DC. Retrofits should be easily accommodated.

Westinghouse's Asheville, North Carolina operation supplied those fitted to our steam sets - 1200V DC 4700A rated o/p. These were part of the original equipment on the turbine and have proved reliable in the last 11 years. Not sure if they are in the retrofit business though.
