Hi friends,
I have a 6" steel pipe and 200m long without any structure around it.
The elevation of the pipe is 2m. What kind of support I should use?
(bracket with shoe? or bracket without shoe? or stanchion?)

sincerely,

How much does the pipe weigh and what is it carrying, water, gas, pure lead??

There are a hundred ways this is done....

service: Seawater
Design pressure: 20bar
Design temperature: 85 C

T-post piles on 7 metre spacing with the line centred on the T-post?

Rilco's Non-Structure Dependent Force Generating Type hanger will work perfectly. See attached.

"Rilco's Non-Structure Dependent Force Generating Type hanger" look pretty damn fine for the application although as the pipe has been located at 2m above the ground with no supporting structure around it. This sounds like a suitable application for the use of "sky-hooks" generally used/considered by in-experienced pipe routing designers!!!

BradSmith,
What is your pipe material spec?
Steel pipe is not recommended for seawater application due to corrosion issue.
You better off using FRP (fiberglass reinforced) piping for seawater.
Depending on the final pipe wall thickness and limit of deflection, for 32" FRP pipe with water at 65degC will require a pipe support every 7m.
FRP pipe is best supported using saddle clamp sitting on frame structure or T-post.
Since it's a large water pipe, you also should consider water hammering as part of your structure and pipe support design.
Good luck.

200 meters? If you're moving seawater or freshwater, it won't change temperature as much as steam or process fluids, but be able to account for expansion/contraction from summer time and full, or empty and drained during winter, if you need freeze protection.

Piping Materials? I've always liked miraculium or nocorrodium, but be sure to ONLY specify the instantantium alloy types. Everything else takes too long to fabricate. FedEx can deliver most diameter welds overnight here in the US, but they do charge extra for Sunday night deliveries to jobsites.
