Surface area and volume of eccentric conical frustum

Image a horizontal eccentric conical frustum where one side is flat and parallel with the ground, and the other side sloped changing diameter from 600mm to 1200mm over a length of 1500mm.
does anybody know how to calculation the curved surface area, and volume.

Volume is V = h/3(A1 + A2 + SQRT(A1*A2),
where h = height
A1 and A2 are areas of the bases

Oh, and lateral area is:
A = 1/2 (sum of perimeters of base) * (slant height)

Both are exactly the same as for a centered conical frustum.
This is simple to understand if you think to how volume and surface would be calculated using calculus.
