Surface creation 1

Guys,
Picture one of those cheap plastic chairs that you see in Wal-Mart. Now try to draw that chair with all those complicated curves and surfaces in SW. Thats what I have to do! Can anyone direct me to a good tutorial on surface creation, or complex curve creation? Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

This one is great for understanding how to properly make the surfaces work. For your project, I would expect you would have a complex blend of solids and surfaces.
