I have just installed MathCAD 14 M020 on Windows 7 32-bit
Surface Plots don't work, they are empty for any example in the Quicksheet.

The same installation for Windows XP works OK (as far as Surface Plots are concerned).

This seems to be system dependent. My M11 and M14 both work under W7 32-bit. You could try the usual tricks such as ensuring 3D Plot borders are off or playing with the graphics acceleration settings.

You may need to reinstall, but try clearing the caches and cranking down the graphics accelerations first.

There is a 'funny' in that some graphs need the border switched on/off. There's more on the mathcad collaboratory (which is now back after a server overload)

I thought I was going nuts! I had a simple 3-D scatter plot that worked fine in MathCad 14-020 a month ago. However, yesterday, it "turned invisible" (it flashed briefly, then disappeared). I discovered that if I "grabbed" the plot and rotated it, as long as it was being moved, the dots appeared.

This was on Windows 7, 64-bit. I tried the same thing on Windows XP, and it worked fine. Went home, tried on my laptop (also W7/64), worked, then was invisible, then worked!

Found this forum, saw note about border (never played with borders before). Turned border off (no change), border on (no change), border back off (aha, now the plot is back and looks fine).

I think this qualifies as a "bug". Anyone know how to file a Bug Report?
