Hello,

I would like to know if there is such a tensioner that tensions a belt system by pulling upper belt and bottom belt closer so the tensioner itself will be suspended in between the two pulleys. If it exists, what is it called? The type of belt I'm using is 8-groove serpentine belt. I would appreciate it if anyone can give me a guide on this.

Thank you

Does snapidle still offer these for belts? I remember when the belt idlers came out and they were not too great. I know snapidle had even quit pushing the belt idlers for a while--are you sure these are now available and if so have you used them? The chain idlers are very good...
