How could I set my 2D dimensions (from the right end style to the first/second one?

You don't set 2D dimensions. You add them to drawing views as you need.

Yes. Of course. You will need to have appropriate drawing views first. Click "smart dimension" icon and then click the edges. You can change radius to diameter or diameter to radius by right-clicking them.

The shape of the two dimension on left are different than the last one on the right.
They have 1 arrow only and their position is horizontal.
That's what I want to get...............

Hi, CAD2015:

Your dim. R5.00 is created with ISO drafting standard. If you switch it to ANSI (or ASME) standard, this dimension will become R5.

To change drafting standard, you use these menus below:

1. Click System Option;
2. Click Document Properties;
3. Change Drafting standard to ANSI;

I'll let you know if I can find exact attribute that control this behavior. Meanwhile, you can play with dimension styles.

There is a "Custom Text Position" option under /Dimension/Leaders. It controls orientation of texts in dimensions.

You will need to set this up in your templates so it's like this every time you make a new drawing, otherwise, you will have to make this change every time you start a drawing.

That is what Templates are they are your foundation to build on. You should have different templates for different document properties.
