I have what I want in b16.34a-1998 table4, but only covers sizes up to 2 1/2'' and I need size 3'' and 4''

ANSI B16.11 has dimensions for SWE 3" & 4" including minimum wall thicknesses.

General industry practice is to limit socketweld piping to 2" NPS. Piping 3" NPS and larger is usually buttwelded.

Murio,
The reply by dfteng is right. However, there is Class 3000 instead of 300.

in our specifications we don't provide schedule, however we mention the dimensions as per ANSI B 16.11, but the pressure clas mentioned is 3000#. i will request you to check ur pressure class.
