DOH! What I meant is have you tried the Explorer browser to access the file (instead of Opera or Firefox or whatever)? SW used to use non-standard web stuff that depended on Explorer to get their stuff to work--so if the download doesn't work with one browser, try another and somethings things will suddenly work.

The problem I saw was with the installation manager not recognizing that my serial number was good and that I was a registered subscription service customer. I sent it off to SW to deal with.
