I am working in UGNX. I have made a helix and want to sweep a triangle using that helix as the guide. How do I keep the triangle from twisting? Is there some way to make the base of the triangle always parallel to the axis of the helix?

Yes, it involves setting some tolerance value to zero. Haven't done this since about V16 days. There might be a GTAC note on it if you search UGanswer.

1.when using swept command, in the command steps it will ask for direction, in that specify direction vector along the helix axis
2.at the same time make the tolerance to zero
