Symbolic Thread Removal

In 7.5 how do you turn off your symbolic threads when you cut a bolt. We looked in the customer defaults and did not see where you could turn them off, I remember in older versions it was in there but can't seem to find it now in 7.5

When you say 'cut a bolt', what are you referring to? Could you provide us a picture of what you're looking, or NOT looking, for?
