Has any body had this issue. A synchronous modeling feature "blows up" from one box to another except for the person that created it. Example: I add a delete face feature and save. The next person to open it and try to change it or make current feature and it errors out and any others. The only way to fix it is to delete it and recreate it. Running NX6 6.0.1.5

I've never seen, or heard of this, so what I am saying is only a guess.
When doing the original "delete face" make sure that the selection filter is set to "single face" and not any of the others such as "tangent faces".
Then make sure that the other user has his filter set to the same thing when he edits it - maybe somehow the filter is getting toggled when going from one user to the other.

Happens on all files and on all syncro modeling operations.
Double click the feature to edit with rollback or right click to edit parameters and the errors come up for that feature basiclly saying it can't complete the operation for whatever command it is but if you cancel or undo the operation it's fine. It'll show what geometry was selected but doesn't redo the operation.

Are all the machines at the same patch level? You should update to the latest NX6 patch, it would probably solve some of your problems.

Unfortunately that's the first thing we checked.

The latest MR (Maintenance Release) is NX 6.0.5.3, which has been available since March, 2010, so if you're still at NX 6.0.1.5 you are woefully out-of-date. And besides, NX 7.5 has been available since April, 2010 so why are you not on that release?
